Terms of Service
By downloading or using Baby Kick Counter ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Baby Kick Counter provides tools to count fetal movements, review session history and insights, time contractions, set reminders, and export PDF reports for personal use. The app is a logging aid only — not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care.
2. Subscriptions & lifetime purchase
Pro features (unlimited kick sessions, full history & calendar, insights, and PDF export) may require an auto-renewing weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Weekly subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Free users may record a limited number of kick sessions and see a limited history. The contraction timer remains available on the free tier. We may change free limits with reasonable notice.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes and not to attempt to reverse engineer, abuse purchase systems, or interfere with the service.
5. Medical disclaimer
Kick counts, charts, contraction intervals, and PDF reports are informational. They may be incomplete or inaccurate if you miss entries. Always follow guidance from your midwife or doctor. Seek urgent care if you notice reduced fetal movement or other concerning symptoms.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the notes and data you enter. Data you create remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of logged data, missed notifications, or decisions made based on the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
